I went to England in August of 2025. I was introduced to different crisps and chocolates, as well as many other British and Irish delights. This store DOES NOT FAIL. They have the crisps AND the chocolate I enjoyed overseas. Thank you!!

Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I spent $70 on Easter eggs that arrived completely melted and unusable. When I contacted the store, they offered a vague apology but refused to take any real responsibility, claiming it’s not their fault if chocolate arrives melted — a policy buried in their FAQ that is never mentioned at checkout. A hollow “sorry” isn’t good enough when $70 worth of chocolate is ruined with no refund, no replacement, and no genuine attempt to make things right. We only live two cities away — there was simply no excuse for the state it arrived in. We have been loyal customers for years, but this experience has ended that. If you’re considering ordering chocolate or temperature-sensitive items, be warned — if it arrives damaged, you’ll get an apology that means nothing. We won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Avoid this place! I ordered snacks and some other items from their online store last summer and UPS failed to deliver the package. I contacted UPS and the online store and opened an investigation to retrieve the lost package. Weeks went by and UPS closed the investigation and package was still lost. I contacted the online store and UPS and they reopened the investigation. The last time I heard from the online store was in January where they were waiting for ups to finalize before issuing me a refund. Since then I have emailed and left the online store voicemails but nobody has responded. I feel like I’ve been scammed by these people and I hope customers that want to shop at their online store will have second thoughts of doing so. Avoid these rip off merchants!

I’ve been a bit British obsessed for a while and wanted to try some British desserts so I looked online and found that this store ships. I ordered quite a few sweet treats and different kinds of beans. Everything arrived in tact and shipped pretty quickly. I live in a pretty diverse area (Aurora, CO) so am exposed to all kinds of world markets but not specifically British or Irish goods (that I’ve seen) so pleasantly surprised. Will be ordering again!

Specialist in imported food and wine. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I went because they have radox bath salts and fa shower gel on web site. Alas both out of stock so I drowned my sorrow with six bottles of radox and badedas bubble bath. Recommended. For people who suffer from nostalgia, or didn't live overseas but are curious. Are smarties better than m&m? German sauerkraut better than what's from your supermarket ? Marmalade ? You bet. I even eyed fairy liquid longer than I should.
